Common questions

My partner entered the wrong code.

The code only works once. Ask the person who generated it to open the "Share code" screen again — a fresh code will be visible. Old codes expire automatically.

I can't see what my partner is doing.

TeenBridge is intentionally not a tracking app. You see:

I want to delete my account.

Email lita.kelly.ltk77@gmail.com from the email tied to your Apple ID and say "Delete my TeenBridge account." We delete everything within 30 days.

Where do shared photos live?

Photos posted to your shared album appear in the Album tab of Daily Drop, visible only to you and your pair partner. Every photo passes through our content-safety scanner before your partner sees it. If something concerning slips through, long-press the photo and choose "Report this photo" — it disappears from your view immediately and goes to our review queue.

I'm in crisis or worried about someone.

These are linked persistently from inside the app in the Question Box and Mood History screens.
